Sorry it took me so long to get these meassurements out to you. For the Top Note die. The biggest part sof the die are 4 1/2 x 3 1/2. There is also a perfarated edge which measures 4 1/4 x 3 1/4. What you do is cut the perferated edge off and the die cut becomes smaller, you can them place that on top of a full die cut and you get a bottom and top layer. Hope that makes sense.
