Halloween Treats 2

Hello again,

For todays post I have another set of treat bags I created.  This set is for my daughter's class.  They wanted a Harvest theme for their party and I knew the Paper Smooches stamp set "Autumn Groves" would be perfect for it.  I kept it pretty simple. I had to make 25 of these so I didn't want anything that was going to be too time consuming.  Hope you like the project. If you have any questions please let me know and as always all products will be linked at the bottom of the post.

YCU Blog Hop

Hello everyone and welcome to another YCU blog hop.  This is my first hop and I'm really excited to be able to share my card with you today.  You should of came from Danielle's blog. If not please stop by and see her creation.  If you would like to learn more about YCU stop by their blog for more info. They have challenges with great prices so don't miss out.  On to my card.

The theme for this hop and for the current challenge is making masculine cards. I created this card for hubs for Valentines. Yeah I know it's a little early but  I knew as soon as I saw this set from Paper Smooches I had to have it and what I was going to create with it and I didn't want to lose my idea. That sentiment is fantastic.  The set is called Boob Tubes. For the base card I used The Paper Company Kraft cardstock, found and Joanns, for the pattern paper I used Basic Gray Curio 6x6 paper pad, some Glossy Accents to accentuate the hearts, knobs and plug.  To create the face I used some medium sized googly eyes found at your local craft store and for the nose and mouth I used Peachy Keen Stamps PK-573 Basic Paper Doll Faces. All stamped with Jenni Bowlin for Ranger Fountain Pen ink.  Rounded the top corners with We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper, 1/2 inch side, and the card is complete!

That's it for me today. Thanks for stopping by. Now please head over to TaniaA's blog to see what' she's created.
