Better late than never. Man I've had one of those days. Everything kept going bad. Between the kids screaming over my voice to running out of adhesive in the middle of the video. But here is it. Video 4. At the end of the video I said, "put a layer on top of the 4 x4", I meant to say "put a
My DH's grandma was in town for a couple of days. I needed an apron for my Demo classes. She helped me put this together. I love the way it looks. It's so bright, it's so me. Joanns is having a really good sale on fabric. I only payed $5.60 for all this fabric.
I've been working on this layout since last night. I couldn't find the perfect something to finish it. Glad it's finally done. This is my daughter and I at the movies. At the beach they offer free kids movies on Tuesdays during the summer. We go to MCD's and have some dinner before hand. Which so happens that Tuesday is also family night at MCD's and happy meals are only $1.40. Then we head to the beach. We have such a great time her and I.

I've had company for a little while so I haven't had much time to make videos. I'll be posting a short video tomorrow. Just a quick little tip.
Next week is card week. YEAH!! From Mon. Jul. 28th till Fri. Aug. 1st I'll be doing a video a day showing you how to make a card. I'll keep them simple but with some sort of fun technique in them. I think there is only one card that requires a special tool. The rest you can make with things laying around.
Here a few card I finished this week. Got a couple of new toys and I was just itching to use them. Even if it meant staying up till 1 am to do so!!!!
Supplies: Hero arts stamp: Bird in cage Nestabilites: Large scallop oval
Here is a quick video I made showing how to use the Cricut inks. The last part didn't exactly color like it was supposed to. It's hard working with one hand. Plus I didn't find the center correctly. Well I hope it answers some questions as to what you can do with them. If you have any more let me know.
So I'm supposed to be folding laundry but I got my new Bella stamp in the mail and I had to go play. Here are a few cards I made this afternoon. One is PG 13 and the other one is a sweet card.

There was a sewing challenge over at the Fiskateers message board. Well it got my juices flowing and I came up with this layout. So cute. My daughter was standing next to me the whole time. The sounds she was making every time I did something else she though was cute. I'm glad that she's happy with her layout. This is her 3rd birthday party. It feels so good to scrapbook again. Now I hope I can keep the creativity alive and catch up a bit more.
(All of the border punches and shears are make by Fiskars) I used the Scallop daisy border punch for the top. The bottom scallop border was done with the scallop sewing shears then glued the left over flower confetti form the scallop daisy border punch. The grass was done with Leave it to weaver border punch then the trimmed with the pinking shears to make it more jagged.

I'm sorry the video is so late. Completely forgot about the Holiday weekend. Got so caught up on the family activities. Finally got a break to finish this last video. Please feel free to play it in slow motion or pause to do a section at a time. Oh and please forgive the tape technical difficulties. LOL!!!!
Here are the score measurements.
On the long side score at 2 1/2 and 6. On the short side score at 6 1/2 and 4 1/2
Thanks for joining me in this last video. The final submissions must be in on Monday July 7th by 8 pm EST.
I made a layout. Not the best, not the worst. Haven't scrapbooked in over a month. Now to get more ink for my printer so that I can hopefully keep the juices flowing. I also managed to make a card this morning. I love this card. So cute. Using one of my favorite stamp sets, Giggle grove by Unity stamp company.
Video #5 will be up either tonight or tomorrow morning. I didn't realize it was 4th of July weekend when I started this whole thing.
Cricut Plantin School book cartridge for tittle
Fiskars leave it to weaver border punch
Michaels $1 spot chandelier
See d's stamp set Asian
Nestabilites Large scallop rectangle for journaling block
Giggle Grove stamp set by Unity stamp company
Cricut Accent Essentials for scallop square
We R Memory Keepers crop a dial for holes in scallop square
If you don't have a crop a dial, to be able to put holes in some of the materials I've been making videos of you can still use your good old hammer and eyelet setting tool kit. Here is a quick video demonstrating it.
If you have any other question please let me know.
