My son't first birthday party was this past weekend. He just loves Yo gabba gabba. We were having a hard time finding anything locally with those characters so we bought the party supplies online and I tackeled making the cakes from scratch. I normally buy the character pans and decorate the cakes since the designs are already visible and it's pretty easy. I'm proud to say that even the fondant was home made. I used this
recipe. It came out a little sticky so I was afraid of putting it through my circut cake so I got out my handy dandy
Wilton fondant cutters to make the shapes. I think they came out so cute. They tasted pretty good too.
