Papertrey Ink card

Hello,
For today's post I have a card that I made for PTI's current Make It Monday #40 challenge, Reverse Applique.

For the card base I used The Paper Company Kraft cardtsock, found at Joanns. For the layer I used Core'dinations Baby Pink Pearl paper from the Cardmaker Series.  The die cut corner was created by using the medium size doily from Delightful Doilies Collection and then I stamped the coordinating stamp set Delightful Doilies using Vintage Cream ink all by Papertrey ink. Sewed round the edge of the die cut and around the edge of the layer using the zig zag stitch of my sewing machine. Die cut a banner with Double-Ended banners and the sentiment was stamped using Everyday Button Bits stamp set.  Attached it off the center, added a button from my stash and added those cute little birds using Little Bitty Birds die and Vintage Cream felt and added Black Diamond stickles for the bird's eyes.

That's all for today. Thanks for stopping by:

  1. Wow! That's not only a very clever layout, but some very clever stitching as well. Great card!
